Meet Matt Neff, Founder & Certified Lead Installer
Matt Neff brings more than 16 years of hands-on flooring and decorative concrete coating experience to every project. He is certified in the coating systems he installs and has built a reputation in the Dayton area for his product knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the prep work right.
Matt’s experience goes beyond installation. Over the years, he has helped train and guide other installers in the floor coating industry, giving him a level of hands-on knowledge that homeowners and business owners can trust.
He started Revolutionary Floor Coatings because he loves the transformation that happens when plain or worn concrete becomes a clean, durable floor — and because he wanted to build something of his own to pass on to his family. Today, he brings that same pride and care to floors throughout Dayton and the surrounding areas.
